Agricultural seed means the seed of grass, forage, cereal, fiber, and oil plants, and another seed generally acknowledged within the state as agricultural or field seed, lawn seed or mixtures of these seeds. Each container of agricultural seed offered on the market for planting functions should have attached to the container in a visible place a label or tag with the next information. 1. The generally accepted title of the kind or type and variety of every agricultural seed part in excess of 5% by weight of the entire, including the percentage by weight of every seed element within the order of its predominance. If any seed component is a hybrid, the label should have the name of the hybrid and the word hybrid” in connection with the kind of agricultural seed part. If the seed is a mix, the phrase “blend” must appear on the label in reference to name of the type of agricultural seed.
